Title Core Support Specialist

The Core Support Specialist is responsible for managing the company’s mainframe core banking technology in an outsourced environment and the related complimentary software products and interfaces.  The Core Support Specialist serves as a liason with the bank’s core software company, Jack Henry & Associates, and coordinating software updates.  The Core Support Specialist serves as the Bank’s Disaster Recovery Administrator utilizing a web-based disaster recovery application.  Additional duties include basic IT support and serves as a backup Network Administrator.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Knowledge of Jack Henry & Associates software preferred but not required.  General knowledge of basic IT items and ability to offer basic IT support.  Strong organizational skills and ability to handle various Projects.  Effective communication skills to both internal and external clients.
