Title Executive Administrative Assistant

The Executive Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and client service support to the Chief Risk Officer and Chief Operations Officer in support of their respective roles and responsibilities, including the preparation of correspondence and maintenance of schedules and appointments.  The incumbent is responsible for supporting the daily administrative needs of a 40-70 person Operations Center.


• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Maintain a positive and productive working relationship with the CRO, COO and their respective teams, external vendors and internal customers
• Assist in the smooth operation of daily meetings and maintaining the team meeting minutes
• Coordinate and distribute reports, agendas and minutes for each team meeting
• Provide clerical and technical support to the Risk and Operations Teams
• Maintain and generate reports, as needed, for areas supported
• Process and service client requests in a timely manner
• Handle routine inquires and client service issues promptly
• Provide phone coverage and take messages for the CRO and COO
• Maintain schedules and appointments for CRO and COO
• Arrange travel and prepare expense reimbursement materials
• Perform any and all other duties as assigned and provide assistance as needed to other teams

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 2-3 years of prior work experience desired; experience within a bank environment is preferred
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Computer proficiency and comfortable using technology
• Proficient in multi-tasking in a team oriented environment focused on the highest standards of client service
• Professional manner and appearance
• Exceptional listening and communication skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork and customer service
• High level of discretion to handle confidential and proprietary information
