Develops plans, organizes, directs, and controls network and computer policies, plans, capabilities and procedures for all aspects of the network, computer and data communication functions. Ensures compatibility of new systems with existing systems and overall systems integration functions with core processing and application software. Serves as a technical resource and advisor to Management and all bank personnel. Recommends ways to use existing technology and installed systems to improve customer service and employee productivity. Serves as a computer training resource for bank personnel and coordinates training on new systems prior to installation.
Administers the Local Area Network, all bank computers and virtual desktops, the Exchange Email/Active Directory, and the Group Policy. Also serves as the administrator for VOIP telephone system and all data communications. Is the technical liaison with multiple software vendors, maintains all related hardware including oversight of ATM hardware/software. Assists in the administration of the Bank’s Information Security Program. Serves as a backup to the Core Support Specialist.
Additionally, assists in the purchasing and facilities maintenance functions by serving as a point-of-contact for purchasing and maintenance items.
