Celebrating 106 Years in Business, Middletown Valley Bank Unveils Its New Brand
MIDDLETOWN, MARYLAND, May 5, 2014 – After more than a century in business, Middletown Valley Bank (MVB) has unveiled a bold makeover of its brand. The new logo was unveiled to the public on Saturday, May 3, 2014 at an Open House held at MVB’s five branch locations. The rebranding coincides with other ongoing improvements at MVB that reinforce the company’s mission to provide absolutely exceptional experiences.
Since 1908, MVB’s visual identity had undergone some changes, but the recent upgrade has been the most dramatic to date. The crisp new logo, color scheme and branded elements suggest strength, flexibility and responsiveness with a truly progressive feel. Underscoring MVB’s commitment to the communities it serves, the bank has worked exclusively with local businesses to design, print and promote this new brand.
The Grand Unveiling and Open House on Saturday was at testament to the strength of MVB’s community relationships. Between the Middletown, Jefferson, Myersville, and Boonsboro branches, hundreds of people attended the morning’s events. MVB provided food and refreshments from local vendors, and held drawings for cash prizes and various items emblazoned with the new logo.
“Our new brand and image is the visual representation of the changes taking place within Middletown Valley Bank,” according to B.J. Goetz, President and CEO. “The outward changes reflect tremendous efforts made by our leadership and staff to recommit to exceptional service. [The new logo] reflects the qualities that differentiate us from other banks. Going forward, our reputation will precede us through this brand as we expand and grow.”
To complement the new brand, MVB has enhanced their products and services while continuing to build personal relationships with their customers.
