I would like to begin by thanking you for your overwhelming support as we navigate through this unprecedented event.  Your commitment to MVB, in addition to that of our employees as we have had to restrict our lobby access is truly appreciated.  We continue to actively monitor the COVID-19 situation and follow the guidance from federal, state, and local officials.  I want to personally assure you Middletown Valley Bank (MVB) is open, prepared to serve your financial needs, and committed to providing solutions to ensure we are always accessible to you.

Our branches, including drive-ups, continue to be open regular business hours.  If you have a transaction that cannot be completed in the drive-up, we have an associate to assist you in every branch lobby.  We are working to ensure appropriate safety measures are being taken for you and our employees.  During this time, if you wish to open an account, complete a loan application, or have account maintenance completed, we encourage you to make an appointment by calling our Customer Care Team or your local branch.

Our digital services are available 24/7 via online & mobile banking or the MVB mobile app.  MVB ATMs continue to be available to customers at no charge, as well as our bank by phone system.  We always encourage you to contact our Customer Care Team for assistance with any of these services.  As a reminder, MVB will never request personal or account information via email, text, or by calling you.  We advise you to be mindful of scammers, cybercriminals and encourage you to reach out to our Customer Care Team with any questions or concerns you may have.
