COVID-19 Precautions/Restricted Lobby Access

As always, the safety and well-being of our customers and employees is paramount. Considering recent developments from federal, state, and local officials regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we at Middletown Valley Bank (MVB) want to assure you we are actively monitoring the situation and working to ensure you have uninterrupted access to all your banking services. In doing this, we have a few updates to share with you.
We are open and committed to helping you.
We are making every effort to ensure you, our customer, are taken care of and not inconvenienced. Our branches, including drive-ups will continue to be open regular business hours. We highly encourage customers to take advantage of this service. Beginning Thursday, March 19, 2020, we will temporarily begin serving customers in each of our branches with restricted lobby access. Should you have a transaction that cannot be completed in the drive-up, we will have an attendant to assist you at every branch, to monitor traffic, and ensure appropriate social distance for you and our employees. If you wish to open an account, complete a loan application, or have account maintenance completed, we are encouraging you to make an appointment by calling our Customer Care Team at 1.844.533.9211 or your local branch.
We are working to provide a safe and healthy work environment.
We encourage all our employees to follow the guidelines provided by legitimate resources, such as the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Maryland’s Department of Health. Additionally, we are working diligently to execute enhanced precautionary cleaning measures in all our facilities. This includes frequent and routine sanitization of interior and exterior door handles, counters, and other hard surfaces.
Our online, mobile, and ATM services are available 24/7.
Our digital services are available 24/7 via online & mobile banking or the MVB mobile app. MVB ATMs continue to be available to customers at no charge, as well as our bank by phone system.
