Middletown Valley Bank Names Hagerstown Branch Managers

Kelly Michael has been named Banking Officer – Retail Branch Manager of Middletown Valley Bank’s (MVB) Eastern Blvd. Branch and Danielle Chappell has been named Banking Officer – Retail Branch Manager of MVB’s second Hagerstown location the Paramount Branch, located at 13418 Marsh Pike (pictured left to right). Kathy Stevens, current VP – Retail Branch Manager of the Eastern Blvd. Branch will now play an active role in both branches as VP – Client Relationship Officer, where she will oversee both offices and the Hagerstown Market.
