Dawn Lowe joined the bank in 2019. She serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Talent and Culture Officer for the Company and the Bank. Throughout her career, Ms. Lowe has held various positions of increasing responsibility in talent acquisition, development, and management. She is active in her community and volunteers with several local organizations. Ms. Lowe received a bachelor’s degree from University of Maryland, and has completed graduate work in organization development and change at Penn State University.
