MVB Announces Marketing and Communications Manager and Retail Branch Manager at Waynesboro Branch

Middletown Valley Bank (“MVB” or “the Bank”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Community Heritage Financial, Inc., is proud to announce the recent hiring of Vicky Felter, Vice President – Marketing and Communications Manager and Holly Miller, Banking Officer – Retail Branch Manager at the Bank’s Waynesboro Branch.
Vicky Felter comes to MVB with 25 years of banking experience, having served as Vice President of Marketing Technology and Data the last 10 years with Atlantic Union Bank, formerly Sandy Spring Bank. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Digital Media and Web Technology from the University of Maryland. Vicky actively volunteers in the Frederick County community with Urbana football, the Capital Area Food Bank, and Comfort Cases. “I am excited to be joining Middletown Valley Bank, an organization that truly places its customers and community at the heart of every decision. I look forward to contributing to a team that is deeply committed to delivering exceptional service and strengthening the communities it serves while continually supporting its employees,” said Felter.
Holly Miller is joining the MVB team after serving 11 years as the Senior Branch Manager at Patriot Federal Credit Union. She brings 18 years of banking experience and a strong commitment to the Franklin County community. Holly holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She serves the Waynesboro community as President on the Waynesboro Summer Jubilee Committee, Secretary of the Board at the Alexander Hamilton Memorial Free Library, and member of the Local Advisory Committee for Waynesboro Area Senior High School. “I joined MVB because the community that I serve means everything to me. When we support our community, we are leaving our children with a strong foundation to go further. MVB’s mission and community service values align with my own,” said Miller.
