Protect your business against altered, forged, and counterfeit checks with Check Positive Pay.
• Used to match checks that have been issued by your company to those presented for payment.
• Details of the presented check are compared to the information provided to the bank by you.
• Positive Pay compares details such as Check Number, Date of Issue, Amount and Payee Name.
• If any details do not match, the check in question will be available to the issuer for examination and approval.
• Customers can upload a file that includes all issued checks or items can be entered manually as checks are written. -
ACH Positive Pay
ACH Positive Pay is here to help combat fraud associated with electronic payments.
• Allows customers to monitor and manage ACH debits and credits before they post to the account.
• Any ACH transaction that does not meet pre-set criteria will be made available for you to approve or decline before the transaction posts to the account.
• Known or familiar ACH companies or vendors can be added to allow debits or credits to post without approval.
