Ryan Lampton joined the Bank in 2018. He serves as Executive Vice President, Regional President West of the Company and the Bank. Prior to joining the Bank, Mr. Lampton spent 11 years at Susquehanna Bank where he held positions in branch management and commercial lending. He also managed the operations of HighRock Studios for several years. Mr. Lampton serves on the board of directors of The Maryland Theatre and San Mar Family and Community Services. He received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and later attended the Maryland Banking School where he graduated with honors.
