Branch Lobbies Reopening on Monday, January 11, 2021


We are happy to announce we will be fully reopening our branch lobbies as planned on Monday, January 11, 2021.  Our team is diligently working to ensure we can continue offering you, our customers, the Absolutely Exceptional Experience, while maintaining the necessary precautionary measures for the health of our customers and employees alike.  We ask all customers to adhere to the following:

Social Distancing
Each of our branch lobbies have social distancing markers on the floor.  These markers are provided to ensure every customer who enters our offices feels as comfortable as possible.  Some branch lobbies continue to have some furniture removed in support of distancing requirements.  If you are waiting to see a branch team member and there is not a seat available, but you would like to sit down, please ask an associate and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Masks & Facial Coverings
Our employees always wear a mask or facial covering when interacting with customers, and we ask that you do the same when visiting our facilities.  We do ask that you lower or remove your mask upon entering the branch so that we may identify all persons.  Once inside, please replace your mask for the duration of your visit.

Sanitation
Our employees clean and sanitize our facilities routinely throughout the day. However, coffee machines, snacks, candy, and pens continue to be unavailable in our lobbies.  Should you need a pen, please ask an associate and you will be provided with a free pen to keep.  These changes are simply to mitigate the spread of germs and we assure you we plan to bring back these amenities. 

Again, these measures are to ensure the safety of both customers and employees.  We understand these precautionary measures may present concerns and we truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.  Please know, we have every intention to reintroduce all branch amenities when federal, state, and local officials announce it is safe to do so.
