Middletown Valley Bank Announces Recent Hires and Promotions

10/2/2024 – Middletown Valley Bank (“MVB” or “the Bank”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Community Heritage Financial, Inc., is proud to announce several recent hirings and promotions from September 2024. The new positions come at an exciting time for MVB with the opening of the Bank’s Market Street Branch in downtown Frederick on Tuesday, October 1st.
Ryan Lampton has been named Executive Vice President – President of Commercial Banking. Commercial Banking will now be aligned under Ryan’s leadership with the focus on supporting local commercial leaders throughout the Bank’s footprint.
Sam Buhrman has been promoted to Senior Vice President – Commercial Market Leader and will be responsible for business customers of all sizes in the Bank’s Frederick County, MD market.
Cody Hill has been promoted to Senior Vice President – Director of Retail Banking. Retail Banking will now have an independent business unit under Cody’s leadership. Cody will continue providing strategic leadership for the Bank’s Marketing and Reporting Teams.
Susan Grove has been promoted to Vice President – Retail Banking Area Manager. She will be responsible for the Hagerstown and Boonsboro markets.
Michael Pallansch has been promoted to Vice President – Retail Banking Area Manager. He will be responsible for the Middletown and Frederick markets.
Abe Perez has been promoted to Assistant Vice President – Commercial Relationship Manager. He will continue working to meet the needs of businesses of all sizes throughout the Bank’s footprint.
Marshall Hammer has been promoted to Commercial Relationship Manager. He will continue working to meet the needs of businesses of all sizes throughout the Bank’s footprint.
Jody Mason has been promoted to Commercial Relationship Manager. He will be located at the Bank’s Waynesboro Branch, with a focus on businesses throughout the Franklin County market.
Justin Leveque has been promoted to Banking Officer – Marketing and Communications Manager. He will be responsible for working alongside leadership to support the Bank’s products and promotions.
Matt South has been promoted to Community Relations Officer. He will be primarily responsible for the Bank’s public and community relations, with a focus on engagement with local business associations and non-profit organizations.
Ashley Cordelli has been promoted to Loan Administration Associate II. She will take on additional responsibilities within the department and continue working alongside internal and external partners to meet customer needs.
Jordan Rohrbaugh has been hired as an Associate Banker at the Oakland Business Development Office. He will be responsible for working alongside the Bank’s commercial team in the Garrett County market.
Gabrielle Ariano has been hired as a Loan Operations Specialist II. She brings previous banking experience with her to MVB.
Trish Smith has been hired as a Loan Operations Specialist II. She brings many years of experience in loan operations to the Bank.
