New System Launches March 31, 2021 at 8:00AM
All times stated are in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
In order to receive necessary system features, please verify your email address and phone number by logging into your existing MVB online banking by March 30th at 6pm. Online banking will shut down on March 30th at 6pm and will relaunch on March 31st at 8am. For questions or to update your account details, you can call our Customer Care Team at 844.533.9211. Do I need to re-enroll in MVB digital banking on the new system?
No. If you have already enrolled in MVB’s current digital banking platform, then you will not need to re-enroll. Log in with your current MVB online banking username and password. If you are not currently an MVB online banking customer, simply use the enroll feature on our website.
Will I need to update my password?
The new online banking system includes smarter security features to protect your finances and identity, and may require you to create a stronger password. Passwords must be 8-12 characters, must include an uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number and a special character (! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) + ~).
Do I need to download a new mobile app?
Yes. You will need to delete your original app and download the new app, “MVB Bank,” starting on March 31st, 2021. Find it in the Apple App Store or Google Play.
What’s two-factor authentication?
Two-factor authentication is a security measure that requests a one-time access code to log into digital banking. The code enhances security by creating an identity verification layer in addition to your unique username and password. This layer will better protect your financial information. You will normally be prompted for two-factor authentication when you use a new device or after you clear your browser history.
